Condition Report:
The chair is structurally excellent and very solid. The wood handles and footboard display a gorgeous, honest patina with expected surface wear, minor varnish flaking, and light checking that highlights its antique history. The upholstery is remarkably well-preserved with no major tears or deep staining. The cast-iron wheels show a light, authentic surface oxidation but remain completely intact.
