Top end Balsam Brands pre-lit artificial Christmas Tree. Amazingly realistic, no needles, no yearly hunt.

Lights are pre-strung in the tree and have are multicoloured - you can download an app and control the colours, set timers, etc. Branches are of the “downswept” variety which gives great branch coverage close to the floor.

Dissembles into 3 sections and then stores in 2 separate bags (included). Bags have a couple holes and have lost a couple handles just due to weight of the tree pieces - it’s a substantial tree!!

About 230cm tall (7.5 feet) so make sure you have enough height available!

@FrankyFran we think it’s just over 2 years old, so wouldn’t be covered by warranty but has only done 2 Christmases with our family.

Reason for selling, is that my wife loved it then we got it, then she decided she didn’t love downswept branches, so now we’re going to get a different one. I don’t make the rules 🤣 🤷‍♂️
