A Georgian grandfather clock made by the English clockmaker John Rogers of Leominster

Description

A Georgian grandfather clock made by English clockmaker John Rogers of Leominster, who worked in the second half of the 18th century (circa 1750–1778).
(Calendar aperture): The characteristic cutout above the 6 o'clock position displays a ring indicating the current day of the month (the numbers 20 and 25 are visible).
This type of clock, with a square face and an oak case, was widely produced in England and Ireland during the Georgian period, primarily in the 18th century (circa 1740–1780).
The clock requires adjustment.
It runs for one minute and then stops.
Otherwise, it is in excellent condition.
