Height of cot can be adjusted but this is not a cot bed.

Selling with a new & lightly used mattress 60cmx120cm (purchased seperalty for about €50)

Important Assembly note: It’s been assembled and disassembled a few times due to moving house so one end / corner can come loose if older child is in the cot (2+) so I’d recommend purchaser glues the joints when you take home (and price reflects this)
