Includes carry case, mattress and all parts. It is for babies from 1st day home until about 8 months. No need to have a mosses basket or stand or travel cot as this does the job of those items. Comes with wheels also( not in the pics). Its a great space saver and folded away easily under a bed and it easy to move to other rooms etc with baby. Very light weight. Takes me 30 seconds to put it up and take it down. I also have spare sheets if you need them. (new they are euro15, I include at no cost)
