I’m a below-knee right-leg amputee, and at the moment I’m having some bad problems with abrasion, so these would be really useful for me.
I live close to St James’s Hospital in Rialto, Dublin 8. Do you happen to pass through or near this area for any reason? If not, no problem at all.

@francis alan otoole I don’t usually but for amputee I could meet you at the luas stop maybe on Monday? I know how difficult it can be as my dad who’s unfortunately passed away was a double amputee before he died.

I lost my leg when I was 17 and am now in my late 40s. To be honest, I find that dealing with an amputation can become more difficult as the years go by, so I can certainly relate to some of the challenges that come with it.
If your offer still stands, I can make it to the Rialto Luas stop on Monday. If circumstances have changed or the offer is no longer possible, that is absolutely fine and completely understandable.
