I have it on a Dolly there just to move it around you would be able to put wheels on it or just leave it the way it is .
It needs to be varnished or painted you can do it what ever colour you want it's a 30 min job . I will try and help with DELIVERY will fit in the back of a big car with seats down.

@AbigailG there width is still 18 inches and the depth is still the same you could cut down in to it to fit a sink if you want you can come get a look at it if it doesn't fit its all good no probs, TacDave
