So because it is packaged it can not be tested then? If i could test that and it is actually new i would buy it no problem but i got scammed b4 by someone telling me an item could not be tested as that woukd mean ooening the package. i bought it and it was dead. If i called there saw it, tested it and it is actually never used I would def take it.

No, unfortunately if I open it then I can no longer advertise it to others as a "mint condition" item that has the seals on the box and has never been used or opened. It may suit you better to buy a second hand used one so you can fully examine and test it but sorry that I don't have one to sell. This one only. Thank you anyway
@IXN45 I understand. I guess when you buy anything second hand or online there can be risks of somebody not being trustworthy. All you can do is read the sellers reviews and trust that the buying and selling company will help with any reported problems. I am sorry to hear you were scammed. Very unlucky.
