Vintage mid-century West German floral porcelain cabochon scarf clip, dating from the 1960s

The porcelain cabochon is set inside a gold-plated metal gallery featuring an ornate openwork starburst or sunburst border with stylized leaf-tips pointing outward

A central rose is surrounded by sprigs of purple violets, blue forget-me-nots, and soft green leaves against a crisp white background
