As you know, cross trainers work all of your muscle groups (lower and upper limbs, torso, back, and core). The broader your movements, the more these muscles work and the greater your cardio intensity. The result: You burn more calories and get toned!

The console on the EL 120 cross trainer includes:
- 5 functions: calories burnt, distance covered, duration of workout, speed and heart rate with sensors located on the handlebars.
- 7 programmes developed with our coaches to support your workouts.
They enable you to adapt your workout to your goals ( weight loss, getting back in shape, toning, performance, etc.).
TRACKING YOUR HEART RATE
Your EL120 cross trainer is equipped with heart rate sensors. After a few seconds, your heart rate will appear on the screen of your console.

The Hand-Pulse function (measures heart rate through the hands) should not be used by people wearing a pacemaker.
