Mountain Friesians have 3 bulls entered, Lot 19 and Lot 21 from the Petula family and Lot 20 from the Rosie family.

His dam Mountain Jubilaris Petula EX91 3E has milked to 10,207kgs with protein to 3-84%.

She has 2 daughters milking in the herd, Mountain Glenalbyn 7 Petula EX94 3E who is the dam of lot 21 and Mountain Launcher Petula EX91 3E who has milked to 10,980kgs with protein to 3•67%.

His grandam Mountain Frosty Petula EX95 10E was the senior champion cow in the Elite section of the Tipperary/Waterford herds competition in 2020.
She has produced over 120,000kgs of milk with 8,000kgs of solids. She has completed 12 lactations with a calving interval of 366 days and her dam Mountain IDS Petula EX93 8E has also completed 12 lactations with a calving interval of 364 days, thats 2 generations of cows classifying EX 18 times and having an average calving interval over 24 lactations of 365 days.

Mountain IDS Petula EX93 8E has gone incalf to 1st service every year, having 14 calves from 13 straws.

Both cows combined have produced 215,324kgs of milk and 14,934kgs of solids
Both cows have recieved Diamond awards.

Lot 19 sire Martini ET is one of the best bulls ever used in the Mountain herd, he has 5 EX daughters milking, 3 EX90, 1 EX91 (dam of Lot 20) and an EX92 4yr old as well as a VG85 and VG86 2yr old heifers.

The Petula family are high producing long life trouble free cows with excellent longevity and high type.

All bulls are export tested and fertility tested.

If a bull is bought online and paid for straight after been sold he can be returned to the farm and collected at the buyers convenience.
