The only 'warning' needed here is for other buyers to be cautious of your business ethics. Having 400 positive reviews doesn't change the fact that you sold me a defective laptop and were dishonest about its condition.
A high feedback score isn't a license to scam people, and it certainly doesn't invalidate the truth of what happened at the station. I’m not interested in your excuses or your feedback count; I’m interested in the fact that I was lied to. Selling faulty tech and then hiding behind a rating is unprofessional. Instead of insulting me, you should focus on not selling broken equipment to your customers.
