I'm interested in your PC but I have a few concerns that affect the price I can offer.
The main issue is that it only has 16GB of RAM. Most modern games and applications already work better with 32GB, so I'll need to spend around €60–80 to upgrade it soon. Also, you didn't mention the RAM speed, and if it's slow it will limit the performance of the i7-12700F and RTX 4070 quite a bit.
You also didn't specify the motherboard and PSU brands. These are critical components, and if they're budget models it increases the risk of instability or early failure. I'd need to budget for potential upgrades down the line.
The AIO liquid cooler looks nice but the pump has a limited lifespan of about 3–5 years. If it fails, replacing it costs €80–120. Air coolers are more reliable long-term.
1TB SSD is also on the smaller side. Modern games are huge, Call of Duty alone is over 150GB, so I'll likely need to add another SSD soon which is another €60–100 expense.
Since it's a private sale there's no warranty, so if something fails in a few weeks I'm stuck with repair costs. A new PC with the same specs costs around €1,160–€1,580 with a 2-year warranty. And even though it's barely used, it's already a year old so it's depreciated €200–300 already.
Considering all these factors and the future upgrade costs I can offer €800 for the PC alone. If you include the 240Hz monitor, Razer keyboard, Razer mouse and Blue Yeti mic I can go up to €1,050 for the full package.
I'm serious about buying and ready to pay quickly if we agree on a fair price. Let me know what you think.
