@Jimmmy12345: This model is HP ProDesk 400 G6 MT (MicroTower), not the Small Form Factor (SFF) version. Because of that, it can fit standard full-height PCIe graphics cards.
However, the installed 180W power supply limits the GPU to low-power cards that do not require external PCIe power connectors.
Good compatible options include:
• NVIDIA GT 1030
• NVIDIA GTX 1650 (version without 6-pin power connector)
• AMD Radeon RX 6400
• AMD Radeon RX 550

Your current CPU is the i5-9500, but it can be upgraded to more powerful options such as:
• Intel Core i7-9700 (8 cores) – very good performance upgrade
• Intel Core i9-9900 (8 cores / 16 threads) – the most powerful compatible option for this system

@Jimmmy12345: That is possible, but please note that the HP ProDesk 400 G6 MT uses a proprietary HP power supply and motherboard connector, so standard ATX power supplies usually cannot be installed directly.
The original unit is 180W, which is sufficient for the installed hardware and for low-power graphics cards.
If you plan to install a more powerful GPU, the power supply upgrade may require either a specific HP higher-wattage PSU or a compatible adapter solution.
