Is there bent pins on the CPU socket? Because 90% of the time with the x16 not working this is the cause

@savvyxone no bent pins. I don't think the CPU was ever taken out of its socket

Well there’s only 3 ways that’s not working and bent pins is the most likely, might have happened on installation it’s common, and easy to fix, and the pc runs fine apart from that x16 slot.
