Microsoft Windows Dev Kit (Project Volterra) Mini PC, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD

Hi there,

Selling a Microsoft Windows Dev Kit, also known as Project Volterra. It's a compact ARM mini PC built by the Microsoft Surface team, with the same internals as the Surface Pro 9 5G. It's been fully reset to factory Windows 11 Pro using the official Microsoft recovery image, so it's ready for a fresh setup.

Specs:
> Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 with dedicated NPU for AI workloads
> 32GB LPDDR4x RAM
> 512GB NVMe SSD
> Windows 11 Pro
> Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, Gigabit Ethernet
> 3x USB-A, 2x USB-C (with display output), Mini DisplayPort
> Up to 3 monitors at once, including 2x 4K at 60Hz
> Near-silent, runs cool and uses very little power, great for leaving on 24/7
> Stackable design, shell made with 20% recycled ocean plastic

Great as a normal PC:
> Windows 11 Pro, so you set it up and use it like any other Windows PC
> Microsoft 365, Teams, Edge, OneDrive, Zoom, Photoshop and Lightroom all run natively on ARM
> Most other Windows apps run through Windows' built-in emulation
> Ideal for office work, browsing, streaming or a tidy home office setup with multiple screens

For developers:
> Built to develop, debug and test native Windows apps for ARM, on ARM
> Native ARM64 Visual Studio 2022, VS Code, .NET and the full Windows SDK
> Arm64EC and Arm64X support for porting existing x64 apps
> NPU acceleration through ONNX Runtime (PyTorch and TensorFlow models) and the Qualcomm Neural Processing SDK
> WSL, Windows Terminal, winget and PowerToys all supported
> 32GB RAM gives plenty of headroom for WSL, containers and dev tools

Included:
> The unit itself
> Original 90W power adapter with UK/IE plug
> Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter
> USB drive with the official Microsoft restore image, so if you want to experiment with Linux on it, you can always put it back to Windows

Working perfectly. The enclosure shows signs of normal use, nothing beyond that. Inspection welcome.
