Let’s clarify the facts here, as your public comments do not match the reality or our private conversation.

- Purchase Date & Warranty: You actually purchased this PC from me in September 2021, not 2022. I provided a 1-year warranty, which expired 4 years ago. Expecting free support or service 5 years after a purchase is completely unreasonable.

- The Actual Problem: On WhatsApp, you stated that the only issue was a faulty power button (switch). Now, in public, you are claiming the CPU and motherboard are "gone." This contradicts what you told me privately and is misleading to anyone reading this thread.

- My Support Offer: Despite the warranty being long expired, I tried to help you out of goodwill. I offered to arrange a technician friend to fix the switch or something else for a fair fee. You rejected this, stating you didn't want to pay for a technician's visit.

I have been completely fair and helpful, but I cannot provide free parts and labor years after the warranty has ended. My offer to help you arrange a paid repair remains open, or you can bring it to a local computer shop.

The issue here is your lack of communication. I never expected free service, and I understand how service works. Your communication is absolutely dreadful. You promised to come to me in two days but never followed up. Just look at your responses and reflect on your approach. Since you didn’t respond, I had to contact a third party service, and they informed me that both the CPU and motherboard are faulty. I initially thought it was just a power switch issue. I’ve been trying to reach you for a year; you’re responsive on WhatsApp but not here. I realize now that I might have been reaching out to the wrong person for reliable service. Lesson learned! 🤦‍♂️
