RTX 5060 Premium Gaming PC Mini ITX

I recently upgraded to an AM5 platform, so my existing living room PC is up for sale. This is a mini ITX build. If you are interested in buying it without the GPU, make an offer for PM and we can discuss. Otherwise, not interested in selling components separately.

CPU: i9-9900K (8 cores, 16 threads), light overclock to 4.7Ghz on all cores @ 1.25v
Cooler: Corsair Hydro 100i RGB Platinum 240mm
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 5060 EAGLE OC ICE 8G
RAM: 16GB (2x8gb) G.Skill RGB DDR4-3200
Storage: 250GB Samsung 860 Evo NVME and 1TB Crucial BX500 CT1000BX500 SSD
Motherboard: Asrock Z390 Phantom mini-ITX
PSU: Seasonic Focus SGX-650 Gold fully modular
Case: NZXT H200

Windows 11 Pro is installed, but not activated, on the Samsung drive.

System works perfectly and will fit a dual slot GPU up to 280mm in length (I have used this with a RTX 4070 and a Radeon 9070). GPU was purchased from amazon UK last week. Still some warranty remaining on PSU.

Note there are two very minor issues:
(1) USB port on the case next to power button is non functional, the other works fine.
(2) The heatsink with 'Phantom Gaming' has a stripped screw - I couldn't remove it when the board was brand new. I used the M.2. slot on the rear of the motherboard which is easily accessible if you ever want to swap the NVME drive out.

Please clarify anything before making an offer as conditional offers waste both our time.
