This beauty has hosted everything from family dinners to arguments about who forgot to put the immersion off. A few marks here and there, because unlike flat-pack furniture, this table has actually lived a life.
Size is 120cm x 90cm, with an extension taking it out to 160cm long — enough room to fit the whole entourage, a few unexpected guests, and at least one person claiming they’re “not hungry” before eating half the dinner.
Now looking for a new castle… along with a new King and Queen to sit proudly at each end of it.
No wobbling legs. No MDF nonsense. Just proper solid oak that laughs in the face of modern furniture.
Priced at a very respectable €350 — which is probably less than some people spend on coffee and takeaways while sitting at a tiny IKEA table held together by hope.
The photos are like a mugshot… they don’t do it justice at all. In real life it looks far better and has a proper presence to it.
