@pm1: thanks for your offer. I was hoping to get closer to the asking price, as I think it’s priced fairly for the high quality and excellent condition. It has been regularly cleaned using a professional wet vac and we will clean it again before it is taken.

That said, I’d be happy to meet in the middle at €550 if, after viewing and measuring etc, that works for you.
