Frame construction is made from pine wood

Window needs to be matched with Fakro flashing code Fakro ELV 35 114cm x 60cm and choose if it is tile or slate version. The cost of this flashing is €100 from building suppliers that sell Fakro- Chadwicks, Tradecraft, etc.

Window cost €600 brand new, Im now selling for €300 as is in new and unused condition. No offers, half the retail price is the offer and its €300 off normal new price.
