@Northsideculchie Thanks for the interest, but €1 is too low. Looking for serious offers near asking. If a serious offer is made i will happily provide further dimensions.

The only way I can ask you a question on this platform is to make a €1 offer to get the dimensions. When I know if it will fit - I will gladly then put in an offer. Thank you

@02jamleo it is and thank you for your offer. Are you good to wait a number of weeks.... possibly 10? I am not yet able to confirm.
@Northsideculchie there is a function for asking questions. I can get you the dimensions if you are still interested.
Yes I’m happy to wait. Will you be removing the add, or leaving it live? What are the dimension of the actual door itself? Thanks
Yes thanks. I only require the door itself, but am happy to purchase the lot. Can you please advise the dimensions of the door. I am happy to wait for the door. Thank you.
Hi, just checking in. I'd still be very interested in the door if it fits. Would it be possible for me to call over with my builder to measure it? If it's suitable, I'm happy to pay a 50% deposit to secure it until it's available. I was the first to enquire, so I'd really appreciate the opportunity. to purchase it. Thank you
@Northsideculchie thanks.... i have commented the dimensions.... if you are still interested let me know and ill come back re your last question. Thanks
@02jamleo I have posted the dimensions... if you are still interested let me know. I would need our provider to remove door, at the appropriate time but there may be another option we can discuss if you are still interested.
@02jamleo yes it is still available. Sorry for the delay in reply. I can confirm that it will still be about 10 weeks before it is available. I know you only need the door itself. We will organise the removal of it and take due care. However, there is a risk of some damage. If that happens I will inform you and you won't be under obligation to buy. Are you happy to proceed on this basis? If so, I will accept.
I have committed to sell this...see offer accepted. Sale to be finalised. If it falls through I will post another comment.
