Description

Teak front door with three brass hinges and two locks:- one a standard key-latch and one a mortice deadlock with keys.
Height = 78.5" / 1994mm.
Width = 31.5" / 800mm.
Metal weather strip (with rubber wiper) at bottom of door adds 5/8' / 16mm to height.
Door was protected by an enclosed porch so is in very good condition.
Needs a lick or three of varnish.

@Thedub17 I’m six miles from there. Make for the airport and bypass it in the Kinsale direction.
Sat nav makes it easy and I’ll pass on my Eircode if and when it is needed. CpC.
