Australian made Double bed mattress by Comfort Sleep. https://www.comfortsleep.com.au/

Latex and pocket springs no turn mattress.

Wrapped in plastic and been kept in secure dry storage for several years but still in very good condition. Only used for a few years.

Well constructed. Partner low disturbance design. Supportive. Orthopaedic association approved.

Optional extras - Have also double bed goose down topper as new. (180€) Electric blankets (€10)

@Nala_nala yes there are wooden slats. Unfortunately as the bed is disassembled, they are lying on the floor. The metal red slat holder is there in the photo.

@Atlantic Angle The mattress is a pocket coil mattress, with latex foam layers, no turn mattress, chiropractic approved. Was used for 4 years in Australia and bought to Ireland in 2017 used a year and been in storage for a good few years. Covered in plastic and secure storage unit. It will need a good airing. And it is heavy because it’s no turn mattress and a deep mattress. Good few years left in it. Built so if sharing the second person isn’t disrupted. I can’t remember the make right now. But Sleepezee in Melbourne comes to mind. But not 100% right now. As I had it custom made in Melbourne due to arthritis and sent to Sydney.

@Atlantic Angle actually I just checked out the Sleepezee website and it wasn’t them who made the bed.
I’ll check out the label when at the storage and get back to you.
You are welcome to come and have a look.
An Australian double mattress is 3cm longer than standard Irish double on a comparison chart so easily fit Irish base. Width measurement same.

The mattress brand is a https://www.comfortsleep.com.au/. The model was called Latex DNA. They have changed the names. It still is available. I also have a goosedown topper for it which makes it very luxuriously comfortable. Let me know if you are still interested.

@tourismse 138 X 188 height I’m not 100% sure as didn’t a tape measure when I was there last but it is either 28cm /30cm as it’s a no turn mattress it is very solid and has a inbuilt topper too.
