Amazon Kindle Vintage

Amazon Kindle Keyboard (3rd generation/D00901), dating from around 2012, with original orange leather cover.

Very clean, excellent cosmetic condition and has had very little use.

Unfortunately it is currently not working. It has been stored for a number of years and now remains on the charging/restart screen. I’ve tried charging it for several days, two different cables and a hard reset, but it doesn’t restart. The amber charging light does come on.

I had it checked with two local electronics repair shops, who quoted €60–€75 for a possible repair, with no guarantee, so I’ve decided not to repair it.

Sold as seen for repair/parts.

Lovely condition and particularly nice with the original orange leather cover. Could suit someone who enjoys repairing/restoring older Kindles or needs parts.
