🟡2 [Replacement Guarantee]: To ensure a smooth setup, please activate your license key within 25 days of delivery. During this window, we provide a guaranteed replacement for any faulty keys. Once activated, your coverage transitions to our long-term Fixed Limited Warranty.

🟡3 [Fixed Limited Warranty]: Your purchase includes a limited warranty tied to the product's official Microsoft Lifecycle Support period. While activated license keys generally do not expire, we may provide coverage for rare issues like random deactivations that may occur after the product reaches its end-of-life as long as we have supply.

Exclusions:
- Significant hardware upgrades or computer failure.
- Reformatting your drive or reinstalling the operating system.
- Manual uninstallation or reinstallation of the software.
