You said battery is 36volt on the ad if battery is 36volt the charger MUST be 42volt not 54.6 volt. 54.6v is for 48volt battery you get me. I’m just trying to help you here for not selling something that will come back to you.
You probably don’t know the voltage of the battery and listed it as 36v but in reality it should be 48v 13ah battery as your charger mark as 54.6v if that charger is the right charger for that battery then your battery should be 48v not 36v
