Hi, I really like the bike and I’m ready to move quickly.
I’ll need to sort a couple of bits for the kids setup and weather cover, so I’d be at €1,850 — can collect this week. I just need a few questions answered.

How old is the battery and what range are you currently getting with kids on board?

Does it include the full child pack — bench, footrests, and safety bars for 2 kids?

Is the rain cover included and is it the full version with side panels?

Any issues with brakes, motor, or steering? Has anything been replaced recently?

What has it mainly been used for — kids or delivery?

What accessories are included in the price — lock, panniers, extra battery, etc?

@Bruno2024! Thanks for your questions. Unfortunately we are unable to accept that price as it is significantly below our asking price. Please see our replies below:

1) on the highest speed we can cycle 45km with two children on board and on the lowest speed we can do 80km on the full battery.
2) the battery is the original one bought in 2022
3) yes this is with the full child pack with the bench, footrests and safety bars
4) Yes, it comes with the rain cover. We have the roof attached and just need to locate the side panels in our storage.
5) there are no issues with the brakes steering etc. it was last serviced in April 2025. However, it has not been used this school year due to kids having grown out of it.
6) there have been no parts replaced.
7) we have only used it for transporting our daughters and not for deliveries.
8) it comes with a lock, the front box, the rain cover and battery charger. There is no extra battery

Hi there can I ask if you found it easy to get serviced here in Ireland and also what age the child seat is for? Is it a child seat that attaches to the bench at the back? Thanks

@CFras The seat is for children from 2-5 years old, as it has extendable and removable leg placements. The childseat is attachable to the base of the bench frame. We had ours at the back of the bench. However, it can also attach to the front of the bench.

We never had an issue getting it serviced. We generally used bike shops which specialised in cargo bikes (e.g. GreenAer). However many generalised bike shops are able to service them too.
