I'm not sure throttle means but there is ranges of battery power you can set while cycling low, medium, high

I am afraid that I do not have a car. I never learned how to drive hence no car! As for your proposed meeting place would it not be better to meet at that little park at Harolds Cross tomorrow. Adverts does not allow me to post my email address or give my mobile number, which I simply cannot understand, and it certainly makes things very difficult. So if you would like to pick a time to meet assuming the park suits you then we can meet there. Please let me know.
I keep thinking for some reason that you are from Harolds Cross, sorry about that. The fact that it is Rathfarnham is even better for me, because I go there once a week to visit my significant one in Hospital. She is a long term patient in Bloomfield Hospital and I will be visiting her tomorrow afternoon. I don't want to confuse you or myself so we will stick to Harolds Cross Park say 5pm to be on the safe side. I will be wearing a green or black jacket , dark jeans, and a yellow vest which should stand out and help you recognise me. See you then.
This is not the right bike for you, I think you would be better off with a bike with a low crossbar far easier for you to get on and off
