Harley Benton SC450 Plus CB Vintage Series

Have owned this since November 2022. It was more or less an "indoor" guitar in the sense that I didn't gig with it, so it has only the most basic level of wear.

As you can see it is a stunning looking guitar. This would suit a beginner but also someone on a budget. It performs well above it's station; I would rank this the same as some of the entry level Epiphones, but at half the price.

It's a great, solid guitar, and everything in full working order. I had replaced the jack input when I first got it for a better one and it had a full set up. Intonation, action etc, all spot on.

Sound-wise, the Roswells do the job, they do sound like a Les Paul but they are easy too swap out for better pick ups if you wish. But it sounds perfectly good as it is, little bit of overdrive and you're away. The unique aspect is the option to split the coils using the tone pots, which you don't get on most LP models.

These aren’t available on Thomann any longer and as far as I know there’s none of these on Reverb.
