Larry Carlton S 5 upgrade

For sale: Upgraded Sire Larry Carlton S5. This guitar takes the excellent playability of the Sire platform and completely overhauls the electronics for a premium, studio-grade tone.
The original ceramic pickups—which were far too heavy, harsh, and overly bright in the treble frequencies—have been completely swapped out. In their place is a premium, full-loaded Bare Knuckle pickguard and wiring harness loaded with custom Alnico V pickups.

Key Upgrades & Specs:

• Pickups: Upgraded Alnico V single-coils. These deliver a much warmer, punchier, and more musical tone with smooth highs and a tight low end, completely eliminating the brittle treble of the stock ceramics.
• Electronics: Premium Bare Knuckle wiring harness and components for ultimate reliability, cleaner signal flow, and incredibly smooth volume/tone roll-offs.
• Aesthetics: Housed in a stunning Bare Knuckle pickguard that perfectly complements the guitar.
• Neck & Body: Features the legendary Larry Carlton rolled-edge neck that makes these guitars punch way above their price tag for comfort and playability.
The guitar plays beautifully and sounds night-and-day better than a stock factory model. It has been player-tested, meticulously cared for, and is ready for the stage or studio.
