Very good condition for the age.

Guitar got professional set up before going to storage (in a dry, smoke and pet free room), and plays as good as it looks.

Solid Mahogany body and neck, beautiful Flame Maple carved top, Seymour Duncan pickups, Grover tuners etc

Lack of use forces sale.

What's the year of manufacture of the guitar?

@1barcol: Hi I am not quite sure about its exact age although based on the serial number/format and model info, the guitar is best dated as circa 2007.
