Fully Forged 1.6L Mazda MX5 Short Block

Pistons: Wiseco low-compression forged pistons 1mm oversized (for turbo build)

Rods: Maxpeedingrods forged H-beam rods

Pump: Boundary high-volume/pressure oil pump type 2

Bearings: ACL Race bearings

Extras: Fully balanced rotating assembly, baffled oil pan (sealed and fitted). The block was machined, assembled and balanced by Westward Engineering.

Condition: Healthy compression (175, 175, 160, 160 psi). The bores show some vertical markings/scoring from use. You can slightly feel a small groove with a fingernail right at the very top of the stroke on the worst one, but the mid/bottom walls are smooth. The ring pack is sealing perfectly and the block is healthy, but it is priced accordingly to reflect the visual markings. I have a video of it running before taking apart, as I am going back to non turbo stock setup. Sold exactly as-is.
