@geoffreyforde Hi Geoffrey. I found the manufacturer's identification sticker (KW2407 / 648854) but I couldn't find a Mercedes part number. Unfortunately I can't confirm compatibility with the W218 CLS Shooting Brake, so I wouldn't want to mislead you. They definitely came from my 2003–2009 E-Class Estate (S211). If you're able to cross-reference those numbers or compare them with your own bars, I'd be happy to provide any additional photos or measurements you need.
