Looking for reliable, experienced dairy farm staff?

I am based in Ireland and specialise in sourcing experienced dairy farm assistants for Irish farmers. I currently have access to skilled candidates coming from Japan, Denmark, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, the Philippines and India, with hands-on experience in modern dairy farming.

My candidates have experience in:

Milking parlours (herringbone, rotary & automated systems)
Calf rearing and calf management
Calving and animal husbandry
Mastitis detection and milk quality control
AI assistance and heat detection
Tractor and loader operation
Feeding, fencing and general farm maintenance
Machinery operation and all day-to-day dairy farm duties

I personally manage the entire recruitment process, including:

Candidate sourcing and screening
Work permit application
Visa process
Travel arrangements
Ongoing support throughout the process

There is no cost to the employer for the work permit or visa, as these costs are covered by the employee.
