@PodgeHannon Hi. I actually have 2 of these tanks. Up until 15 years ago they had a chemical called hydrazine. They were well washed out. We then had diesel in one and never used the other. They would be ok for water up to washing hands etc. but I would not recommend using them to store water for drinking.

@Ezra hi. It’s 2 or 3 mm, hard to tell. It’s thick enough that the body of the tank won’t deflect when pushed hard.
