Fully bound in a later 19th-century green textured cloth binding with gold gilt lettering to the spine. The hinges and joints are firm, keeping the clean text block securely attached. Expect typical antiquarian shelf wear, including fraying and softening at the head and foot of the spine, and light rubbing to the cloth corners.
The internal leaves remain crisp, bold, and clean. It exhibits none of the heavy, dark foxing or damp-staining typically prevalent in books from this era. The early un-trimmed title page margin shows some historic fraying, but the internal text is highly preserved.
