Three Original First Edition Rare Books from The Famous Five Series by Enid Blyton from 1952, 1953 & 1954 with Dust Jackets - Free Postage

Five Have a Wonderful Time - First Edition - 1952
Five Go Down to the Sea - First Edition - 1953
Five Go to Mystery Moor - First Edition - 1954

All books are in similar condition and I would grade them as follows:

Dust Jackets: Fair
Books: Very Good

Dust jackets are present and generally good with minor pieces missing predominantly from spine. This is quite typical with books of this age as wrappers were originally designed as light-grade paper packaging to protect the book within, and to be discarded.

Boards are clean and bright and binding is tight.

Ownership inscription on flyleaf pages. The same owner is shown on all three books, which were received from family or friends. Each inscription shows a corresponding date, which provides provenance of authenticity.

Pages are clean and bright throughout where the amazing illustrations of Eileen Soper bring the stories to life.

Otherwise, minor wear consistent with age, but quite good overall. There is no foxing or marks on pages outside of ownership inscriptions, which shows that these books have been looked after during their lifetime.

First edition status evident as per images.

I would be willing to sell books separately, if required, and can post anywhere in Ireland free of charge.

These are the only first edition books from Enid Blyton's best-know series on Adverts, and have been fairly priced based on condition.
