For sale is a classic Pentax Spotmatic SP II 35mm film camera body. This is the refined SP II model featuring the built-in hot shoe and a high ISO range (up to 3200).

Condition:
Mechanically Perfect: All shutter speeds are firing correctly by ear, from the slow 1-second delay to the top 1/1000th speed.

The film advance is smooth, and the self-timer works perfectly.

The "Purist" Setup: The internal light meter is currently non-functional. However, as this is a fully mechanical camera, it does not need a battery to operate. It’s the perfect body for those who prefer using a smartphone meter app or "Sunny 16" for a more intentional shooting experience.

Viewfinder: Minor dust and some small black marks consistent with age, but they do not obstruct your view or impact focus.

Mount: Universal M42 Screw Mount. This gives you access to hundreds of legendary vintage lenses from Takumar, Zeiss, and Helios.
