The AQUAEL UNIFILTER UV filter is intended for the purification and aeration of aquarium water. It efficiently filters water and additionally sterilizes it thanks to the presence of UV LEDs. It fights floating algae, protozoa and bacteria, which increases the clarity of the water and guarantees the health of the fish. The UV LEDs can be turned on or off independently of the filter operation. The UNIFILTER UV is easy to use and allows you to conveniently adjust the capacity by means of a knob which is also the rotor's dome. The direction of the water outlet can be adjusted by 90 °.

Larger UNIFILTER UV 500, 750 and 1000 models are equipped with a ceramic rotor axis, which results in their quiet operation and guarantees their durability.

A specially designed chamber for filter media prevents water from pouring into the aquarium from the filter into the aquarium during water changes, as well as when removing the filter from the aquarium when changing water or washing sponges. The maintenance of the AQUAEL UNIFILTER UV filter is also facilitated by two independent sponge cartridges that can be removed and cleaned individually, alternately. This prevents the destruction of the colonies of nitrifying bacteria, which support nitrogen metabolism. In order to ensure continuous filtration, it is recommended to alternate and independently clean the sponge filter cartridges.
