Parameters Tested:
pH - indicates the acidity or alkalinity of the water
GH - general hardness of the water
KH - carbonate hardness, which has a direct influence on pH stability
NO₂ - nitrite, which can be harmful to fish even at very low concentrations
NO₃ - nitrate, high levels of which may be harmful to fish and can promote excessive algae growth
Cl₂ - chlorine, which may be present in tap water and can be harmful to aquarium inhabitants
CO₂ - carbon dioxide, which is important for healthy aquatic plant growth

Directions for Use:
Dip the test strip into the aquarium water, swirl it for approximately two seconds and then tap off any excess water.
After approximately one minute, compare the colours on the test strip with the colour chart on the packaging.
For reliable results, do not touch the test fields with your fingers and do not hold the strip directly under running water.
