Fun fact: (not making an offer) the designs seen on this are African symbols with specific meanings. In past centuries, many Black men in the Americas worked as blacksmiths (the name is unrelated). Having experienced cultural repression, people sometimes made secret ways of expressing themselves and things of cultural importance. Many in Haiti for example found ways to keep aspects of Vodun culture alive by expressing various Vodun symbols through their ironmongery. With migration to the US and the influence their symbols had on fashions in ironmongery, these designs became popular and spread all over, copied by many who had no idea about any hidden meanings.
The "heart" shape of 2 swirly "S" shapes is a Ghanaian Adinkra symbol. Each of those S shapes stands for the symbol of a bird turning backwards to each a fruit. The symbol is called Sankofa and roughly means "go back to get it" ie to look backwards/turn to the past to fetch/reclaim the good part. Some use it to represent the desire to return to the motherland of Africa.
