This is the Fan Edition, UK version, which is basically same as the normal version but comes with a steelbook as well.

From the factory, only the game inside in the normal case comes sealed. The outer cardboard box holding the game and steelbook does NOT have any seals from the factory. The box previously opened years ago to verify it was sealed when purchased but has not been opened since and nothing inside was ever used.

The game inside is still sealed with the seal strip as normal, as seen in the images.

Will be shipped in a strong box with bubble wrap and filler.
