Yes, it's MI50 16 GB.
Passively cooled, hence including external fan which is connecting to MB.
Yes it's strictly required 6+2 aka 8pin additional power, 8pin extenders comes with GPU.
I don't have Linux on my desktop now, yet even on Windows it's fully working both in gaming and AI on Vulkan backend.
Looking for asking price honestly, cause GPU comes with fan and cables, and recently was serviced (replaced dry thermal pad on Thermalright Grizzly Cryonaut).
By your request I can flash stock mi50 bios and you will be able to use all potential on ROCm, but without working miniDP port.
