PREMIUM THERMAL COMPOUND (GPU Die):
The GPU die is the heart of your card. Dried-out paste causes massive hotspot spikes. I completely clean the old, crusted paste and apply high-quality, premium thermal compounds for optimal longevity and instant temperature drops. (Optional: Upgrade to Honeywell PTM 7950 Phase-Change Material available upon request for an additional €10).
🧊 THERMAL PAD REPLACEMENT (VRAM & VRM):
Memory chips and voltage regulators can get dangerously hot, causing heavy throttling or permanent damage. I measure and replace old, degraded pads with fresh, high-performance thermal pads to keep your memory running icy cool.

€150+ – Enthusiast-tier cards with VRAM on both sides of the PCB (e.g., RTX 3090) or extremely complex coolers.
+€10 – Optional upgrade to Honeywell PTM 7950 Phase-Change Material on the GPU die (Highly recommended for high-end cards!).

In this specific job, the card was overheating due to dried-out and poorly applied factory paste, which caused uneven mounting pressure. I performed a full teardown, cleaned the PCB, and applied the PTM 7950 phase-change material along with new thermal pads.
