I have made these for a couple of people I know for their wedding anniversaries. I will now make them to order. The 1st photo was for a 45th - sapphire, and the 2nd photo was for my sister on their 30th anniversary. You can see with the 1st one I have used a gemstone style blue card. I will always try to incorporate the style of the milestone, and will send you pics to ensure you are happy with it before sending.
It is blank inside for you to write in.
