The Champion 600 is an updated version of the classic Fender 5-watt Class A tube amp with a 6” speaker and 1950 “two-tone” looks. Produced between 2006-2010, the circuit is a modified version of the legendary Blackface Champ, and was designed with a higher-gain preamp circuit to boost the overdrive if required. Good clean tone. It comes with a pair of high and low impedance inputs and an internal jack to connect it to a large cabinet.

The amp has been upgraded by the replacement of the stock output tube with a military grade version made in the USA JAN Phillips NOS 6V6GT (ECG 34167). It is a genuine OEM replacement part which will last longer and take a lot more stress than the original. The suede cloth which came with it has been replaced with genuine Fender Wheat Grill cloth, mainly for cosmetic reasons but also to provide a subtle boost to the sound.
Excellent nearly new condition. A great practice amp or used miked up for a gig. Load of favourable reviews online.
