This is a monster amp and heavy, hence the large castor wheels . Just about to be retubed with a matched set of €150 TAD red base 6L6 power tubes . Will not be accepting offers until these are in and I have one last rip on the thing. Tinnitus has forced the sale, it’s not reluctantly being sold, as people say but it’s disappointing to have to sell it. It’s too loud, to get into a decent breakup it needs to be on 1. And 1 is too loud for my gig wrecked ears. Wear ear protection folks….

The Peavey JSX 2x12 combo is a 120-watt, all-tube amplifier designed with Joe Satriani, featuring 3 channels (Clean, Crunch, Ultra), four EL34 power tubes (switchable to and currently being switched to 6L6GC), and four 12AX7 preamp tubes. It includes two custom-designed 12-inch JSX speakers, independent 3-band EQ/FAT switches per channel, master reverb, and a noise gate on distortion.
