Description
Classic 8-ohm THD Hot Plate for getting a valve amplifier working harder while controlling the volume reaching the speaker.
It provides stepped attenuation from 0 to -16 dB, with continuously variable attenuation below that, along with Bright and Deep switches to compensate for tonal changes at lower listening levels. It also includes an adjustable line output and load setting, making it useful for recording, re-amping and practical volume control at home, in the studio or onstage.
This is the purple 8-ohm version and should be used with an appropriately matched amplifier and speaker load.
Condition: Fully working with minor cosmetic wear.
