Full-Size Wood Splitting Axe
Type: Single-bit splitting/felling axe
Original USA Hickory long handle (~36”), solid and intact
Head: Large splitting axe head, painted blue, with bare steel cutting edge
• Condition: Used — surface rust on the blade face, paint wear on head, handle has natural scuffs from use but is structurally sound
• End cap: Blue rubber/paint end cap on handle base intact
• Suitable for: Firewood splitting, garden/land clearance, general chopping tasks
Honest condition notes:
• Surface rust present on blade — easily removed with sandpaper or rust remover and oiled
• Head has been painted blue — original markings obscured, but head is solid with no cracks
• Handle is genuine hickory, no splits or cracks
